About Us

Getting our start in farmers' markets since 2018, we're now serving up our sweet & savory pastries, whole-grain sourdough, bagels, and coffee in our first storefront in Los Angeles at Grand Central Market! Our bread is naturally leavened French sourdough utilizing organic CA whole-grain flour. All of our pastries use grass-fed cultured butter and seasonally fresh-picked fruit. Baked fresh every morning. Come and taste the difference!
